In an effort to support environmental sustainability we are including the following links to the evaluation forms for the two sections of the meeting (doctors and nurses). You are requested to please complete this, in order for us to issue your CPD Certificate.

Parking is available in the car park opposite the Old Biscuit Mill, at the Cape Town College. (Please refer to the map attached). Entrance to this parking area is on Kent Road. Once you have parked you can exit through the pedestrian gate on Albert Road opposite the entrance to the Old Biscuit Mill. If the gate is closed, please use the following code: 1019#.

Registration
Doctors registration will open at 07h30
Nurses registration will open at 12h30
Registration will take place in the Bamboo Room, Old Biscuit Mill Conference Centre, first floor. Please use the steps next to Espresso Lab.
